Xmas in January...
My friend Liz and I finally exchanged Xmas presents, and I just had to show off mine, thought it was really cool -

It's a little, tiny amp (fits in the palm of your hand) that runs off a 9-volt or an AC adapter and has a belt clip. I can be mobile with my electrics now!

Felt it was a very thoughtful and insightful gift - something cool I'd appreciate but probably not buy myself.

Heh. I picked up one of those online when I ordered my guitar out here. I LOVE IT! I can sit in my corner of the hut or tent and jam away. When no one's home, I crank it up, and when people are sleeping, I just put on the headphones.

No No, you can't touch, in fact let's move on....

Hey I walked by the Village Theatre on Tue. night. You were closer to being right, it's on 2nd ave. at 12th, between 12th and 11th. I just thought it was closer to Lit (2nd between 5th and 6th).

I though so, but it's been a few years since I went to a show there. Lots of stuff has changed, Magickal Childe and Weiser are gone (RIP) and the original Patricia Fields moved locations.

We definitely have to hang next time I'm up...
