Tampa Theatre Director, Jessica Kleinbaum...

I received an email the other night and was astounded by what I saw in the attached files. Of the seven attachments, two contained a piece of information that overwhelmed me. I have included images of the email and files in this post, and can demonstrate their authenticity if need be, but would be reluctant to forward the email unless absolutely necessary, as it contains private and personal contact information (seen blacked out in the following images).
Apparently, while there was great criticism of me for replacing Ed with Lisa (which never happened, as I have mentioned elsewhere), it was quite alright for Ed to have already chosen his co-director: Jessica Kleinbaum.
It borders on the unbelievable, to me, that with so many sides of the story already having been told, no mention of this has been made previously, but it makes obvious sense, given her inordinate participation in the previous events.
Also, take note of the number of rehearsals scheduled at the Beach Theater. In the past, when I've attempted to use the Beach as an alternate rehearsal locations, I usually got excuses as to why it wasn't feasible, at the most getting one a year.
I wonder, with all the talk of a vote for director, was any mention made of choosing Jessica K? Was everyone aware that a vote for Ed would have likewise been a vote for her?
This sickens me, as anyone who was present at the time should remember how Kristie and I struggled to make the best choice we could for the next TT director: accepting resumes, speaking personally with people, compiling lists of who was interested and who was qualified, all in an effort to make the best choice we could with the information available at the time. Clearly, in light of recent events, we choose poorly.
But why should my failure preclude those who are equally qualified to, or more qualified than, Jessica K to hold that position from having a chance to do so, individuals like Adam, Chris C, Cindy, Diana, Jamie, Jessica D, Lisa, Scott, Sheila, Tom, Traci, or Wendy? All clearly entitled as much if not more to direct as Jessica K is. And one has to wonder, why not Mike M? While he is relatively new to TT, he is already Ed's assistant director at IP.
Some of these people have obvious qualifications above and beyond participation in TT -
Scott has been involved with numerous casts, has driven hundreds of miles to perform for other casts, and attended national Rocky events, has directed Rocky casts, and has assisted in judging TT auditions.
Adam, one of TT's most dependable and hard-working cast members, has also served as co-director of IP.
Jannie has been involved with nearly EVERY local cast in almost a decade, including the current Orlando cast, and has served in the often-thankless job of LTL's webmistress for a number of years.
Lisa has actually served in a directorial capacity at TT, as our longest continuously-running Props Director.
Cindy has sacrificed her personal time to train more audition winners than either myself, Kristie, or Ed, and has also assisted with TT auditions numerous times.
Jamie was one of IP's longest-running and most loved co-directors in it's 13 year history, and has helped LTL in any way he could, again in the capacity as a TT audition judge.
Chris C and Jessica D are currently the directors of a weekly show, and done many things for the TT cast above and beyond the usual call of duty.
Wendy and Chris M have done more for the TT show than probably any three of the rest of us, from Wendy's exhaustive work with and for the Trannies, to Chris' undeniably amazing props.
And Sheila stepped up to admirably fill Wendy's role when she left, continuing to maintain and improve the quality of TT's Trannies.
...
By contrast, Jessica K gave up her role as costume mistress because of conflicts with cast members over work provided, and after losing her audition chose not to participate at all one year.
